Position Description

RN Med/Surg

Location: Milwaukee,WI

Job Type: Contract |12X3 Days

Contract Length: 13 Weeks with possible extension

Pay Range: $2400 - $2,537.28 Gross Weekly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with standards of nursing practice and hospital policy.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

  • RN License.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
