Position Description

RN Med/Surg

Location: Milwaukee,WI

Job Type: Contract |12X3 Days

Contract Length: 13 Weeks with possible extension

Pay Range: $2400 - $2,537.28 Gross Weekly

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with standards of nursing practice and hospital policy.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

RN License.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
